The courage to be disliked

You've done the inner work. Read the books. Maybe even been in therapy. And there's still something that doesn't shift a pattern that keeps returning, a part of you that won't come fully alive.

That's not a failure of insight. It's a signal the body is holding something that the mind alone can't reach.

This is where we start.

You’re not alone, and it doesn’t have to stay this way. The individual coaching process creates embodied awareness about expansion and contraction in your life, and the tools to sustainably get unstuck.

It is my firm belief that everything you need for your transformation is already within reach, just waiting to be uncovered.

Each coaching journey starts with a free 45 minute intake conversation in which I get to know you a little better and you can ask more questions about me and my work.

The coaching journey consists of a wide range of modalities and excercises from: Biodynamic Breathwork, Myofascial Release, Voice Dialogue, Embodiment exercises,  Constellations work, Active meditation, Authentic Relating, Radical Honesty, Lego Serious Play, etc ... .

I rely on three perspectives to guide my work with individuals:

that’s why so few
